Qualifications: Education:

•University degree in law, economics, political/social science or any other relevant field.


Experience

•Fifteen year of experience in the field of urban management/metropolitan governance at advisory and/or decision making level. The expert will be especially knowledgeable in the field of development of agglomeration strategies and activities for promoting inter-municipal economic development, investment attraction, and infrastructure development.


Qualifications

•Strong analytical skills, possibly reflected in publications on relevant issues;

•Good knowledge of relevant networks and programmes in the EU

•Good drafting skills

•Fluent in English, oral and written. Russian will be an asset

Administrative Expert

Qualifications: Education

•University degree in public administration and/or communication

Experience

•At least 5 years of relevant experience in developing awareness strategies and conducting public awareness campaigns in the public sector.

•Evidenced experience of work with the public, CSOs, representatives of the authorities, including local as well as with the media.

Skills

•Strong communication skills

•Good knowledge of metropolitan governance sector in Georgia

•Fluent in Georgian and English oral and written; Russian will be an asset
