ToR requirements are the following:

Qualification

* University degree in a relevant subject relating to this contract.
* Excellent English writing, speaking and reading skills (working language).
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
* Team player who pays attention to detail.
* Motivated to contribute to the overall success of the programme.
* Proven high quality analytical drafting.
* Fully computer literate.
* Ability in writing in English concise briefing notes and reports.
* Ability in communicating technical ideas to non-experts.

General experience

* 10 to 15 years of general professional experience.
* At least 5 years of proven experience on EC-funded TA projects.

Specific experience

* Regional or in-country experience
