Team Leader (Senior Expert; 40 days)

* Advanced university degree in relevant discipline.
* A minimum of fifteen years of professional experience, some this gained in developing countries and in Latin America.
* Particular experience in the field of sector approach and sector support programmes financed by the European Commission. Particular relevance is given to practical experience in Macroeconomics analysis
and Public finance management.
* Demonstrated experience in formulating sector support programmes for the European Commission, preferably in Latin American Countries.
* Excellent management, drafting and communication skills; excellent written and spoken Spanish, ability to discuss in English or French is considered an asset for the briefing in Brussels.

Expert in Security Sector Reform (Senior Expert; 40 days)

* University degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
* A minimum of fifteen years of professional experience, some this gained in developing countries and in Latin America.
* Professional experience of at least 15 years in security sector, particularly police.
* Experience in the design or implementation of security sector reform in developed and developing countries, ideally including through the modality of sector budget support.
Excellent communication and drafting skills; excellent written and spoken Spanish, ability to discuss in English or French is considered an asset for the briefing in Brussels.
