Description:
Multiple framework contract for technical assistance and studies, mainly in the field of external aid. This
framework contract will be entered into with several economic operators for a maximum term of 2 years, renewable once for 2 years at most.
The framework contract shall comprise the following 3 lots:
Lot 1: Studies and Technical Assistance in All Sectors:
The experts shall be called on to intervene in numerous disciplines in any field covered by the cooperation and development programmes for countries outside the European Union. The main sectors to be covered are:
1) Social development/employment/eradication of poverty
2) Education
3) Health
4) Civil society
5) Human rights
6) Governance/state reform/security
7) Migration
8) Trade/development of the private sector
9) Food security
10) Rural development
11) Environment/climate/natural resources/energy
12) Development policies
Lot 2: Communication and Training:
The main sectors to be covered are:
1) E-learning
2) Face-to-face training
3) Organisation of events and campaigns, including their promotion and communication tools
4) Production of audiovisual and multimedia products, including the design and development of websites
5) Production of publications in various EU and non-EU languages
6) Development of communication strategy
Lot 3: Conferences:
Logistical services (excluding all expertise directly linked to the subject(s) covered during the organised event) for the organisation of events (meetings, seminars, conferences, study trips) in Brussels or in any other countries (especially: beneficiary countries, EU Member States) in the context of external aid.The main services to be covered are:
1) Organisation of international travel for participants
2) Reservation of accommodation for participants/conference room
3) Catering services
4) Interpreting
